| Conversion/printing The top-coated face material can be printed by letterpress, flexo, gravure and silk screengiving good print results with UV curing and water based inks.Acceptance of hot stamping foil is excellent.Caution should be exercised when inks are applied out to the edge of the labelparticularly UV screen inks and UV cured varnishes, high shrinkage coatings can causelabels to lift off the liner or substrate.Ink testing is always recommended before production.Sharp film tooling preferably in flat-bed, is important to ensure smooth conversion.Need avoid too much re-winding tension to causing bleeding. |
