A super calendared white glassine paper with excellent roll label converting properties.

Key Features

Adhesive Performance
The adhesive is an all temperature adhesive developed to provide high initial tack and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates. Displays excellent die-cutting and stripping characteristics.
Applications and use
This product is ideal for primary label with special plain holography appearance. Due to the facestock is thicker than other normal’s; it does not apply for those bottles with small diameter. Not recommended for any types of computer printing. Transmission point in fixed position: Each 590mm of MD and intersection between 325mm and 745mm in CD. Conversion/printing
The facestock can be printed by letterpress, flexor, gravure and silk screen, giving good print results with UV curing and water based inks. Ink testing is always recommended before production. There is one regular comma-like appearance defect in fixed position which MD is each 590mm length and CD is in the interchange of 325mm ad 745mm, size is about 1mm*2mm. It is recommended to use varnishes or lamination to protect ink layer. Sharp film tooling preferably in flat-bed, is important to ensure smooth conversion. Need avoid too much re-winding tension to causing bleeding
