APPLICATIONS AND USE

The product is suitable for general purpose tire labeling. Specially formulated adhesive for curved and irregular surfaces of tires.

Excellent adhesive properties. Strong resistance to harsh contaminants on tire surfaces, such as release agents or transfers of rubber components. A special coating on the back of the veneer prevents volatile substances from penetrating the veneer and prevents the label from being contaminated.

PRINTING/CONVERTING

The top coated surface is designed and suitable for all normal printing techniques. Special formulated inks are normally not necessary. It can be used for thermal transfer printing. Ink/ribbon testing is always recommended before production. This product can be die cut and stripped at high speeds on most webfed presses. Harden treated and sharp dies, preferably in flat-bed, are important to ensure smooth conversion. Need avoid too much re-winding tension to causing bleeding.

SHELF LIFE

One year when stored at 23±2°C at 50±5% RH.
