Adhesive Performance:
This highly aggressive rubber based adhesive is specially designed for use on difficult and rough substrates such as tires.
Applications:
It is specially designed to meet the specific requirements for labels on tires. The special composition provides a superb anchorage of the label to the compound curved and extremely irregular surface of tires. Neglecting the negative influences01surfacecontaminants such as mould release agents or components migrating from the rubber .
The aluminum barrier foil prevents migration of components through the facestock thus avoiding the label from getting stained.
It is not recommended for automatic dispensing
Printing and Processing:
The special top-coated face material can be printed by letterpress, flexo, gravure and silk screen, giving good print results with UV curing and solvent based inks for PET. Ink testing is always recommended before production.
The heavy adhesive coat weight does not allow high conversion speeds, special care is required with regard to die-cutting and matrix stripping. Sharp, high quality dies are required to assure smooth matrix stripping. Heat, used for ink drying, may have a negative effect on conversion or dispensing and should be avoided. lf necessary a temperature level of 50 'C should not be exceeded.
Need avoid too much re-winding tension and stocks are under high temperature to causing bleeding
Storage Period:
It can be stored for one year under the conditions of a temperature of 23 ± 2 °C and a relative humidity of 50 ± 5%.
