It is a removable solvent adhesive featuring excellent die cutting and strip performance.

Applications and use

This product is special designed for reclosure label on wet tissue. This product can be used on surface energy less than 36 dyne value gloss PET/PP substrates. Residue test is necessary on more than 36 dyne value surface energy substrates.

Conversion/printing

The treated face material can be printed by letterpress, flexo，gravure and silk screen printing giving good print results with UV curing inks. Caution should be exercised when inks are applied out to the edge of the label, particularly UV screen inks and UV cured varnishes, high shrinkage coatings can cause labels to lift off the liner or substrate. To ensure optimum wettability and ink bond, additional in-line corona treatment is required. Ink testing，particularly UV screen ink is always recommended before production. Can be die cut and stripped at high speeds on standard web-fed presses using typical film tooling. Flat bed performance is good while solid and magnetic rotary dies need additional care. Need avoid too much re-winding tension to causing bleeding.
