Applications and use
This product has excellent tear resistance, high temperature resistance, dimensional stability, opacity, and chemical corrosion resistance, making it suitable for making various durability labels. Outdoor exposure to strong ultraviolet rays is not recommended.
Conversion/printing
Suitable for most printing methods such as screen printing and offset printing, ink and carbon tape testing before printing is necessary.
It can perform high-speed die-cutting and waste disposal on standard rotary printing machines. It is recommended to use high hardness sharp die cutting tools, especially in flat die cutting methods. Excessive rewinding tension should be avoided, which may cause label overflow
