Adhesive Performance:
Fasson's fragile vinyl film products are specially designed for the needs of the anti-counterfeiting market. In order to meet the requirements of end customers (anti-counterfeiting), this type of product needs to make some necessary adjustments during processing. In addition, in order to achieve the optimization of processing, etc., it is necessary to understand the characteristics and inherent limitations of these products. The key points are: film shrinkage, pressurized processing and storage.
Applications:
This product is basically used for the processing of "safety labels". It is a multi-functional safety and anti-counterfeiting film that can be processed into labels of various shapes. After being attached to the substrate, it cannot be peeled off the surface of the substrate without destroying the label. Typical uses: tobacco and alcohol anti-counterfeiting labels, logistics anti-counterfeiting and sealing labels, official document sealing labels, high-value product packaging sealing labels, etc. The above does not represent any guarantee or warranty and the Purchaser must independently determine the suitability of the products for the Purchaser's purposes.
Printing and Processing:
Suitable for most of the traditional printing methods, such as flexo plate, UV letterpress. For the die-cutting requirements of the product, please refer to the technical instruction manual. The standard storage period is one year at a temperature of 22°C and a relative humidity of 50%. Due to the particularity of the material, please process and use it as soon as possible after receiving it. Due to the unique characteristics of the product, facestocks are prone to shrinkage. Any exposure to nonrecommended conditions may accelerate shrinkage of the facestock or elongation of the backing paper, making it impossible to process or use. It can be automatically discharged.
Storage Period:
It can be stored for one year under the conditions of a temperature of 23 ± 2 °C and a relative humidity of 50 ± 5%.
