Applications and use

The product has proper initial viscosity and good final movability and viscosity. It can be repeatedly torn off on many non paper objects and pasted without leaving glue residue. Wide temperature range for normal use. As the surface of the object to be pasted may be different, it is recommended to carry out label pasting test on the object to be pasted, so as to put it into use.

Conversion/printing

Letterpress, flexo, gravure and silk screen, giving good print results with UV curing and water based inks.Caution should be exercised when inks are applied out to the edge of the label,
particularly UV screen inks and UV cured varnishes, high shrinkage coatings can cause labels to lift off the liner or substrate.Ink testing and gold blocking are always recommended before production.Sharp film tooling preferably in flat-bed, are important to ensure smooth conversion.
Need avoid too much re-winding tension to causing adhensive overflow.
