Applications and use
This product has excellent tensile and tearing strength, high temperature resistance, stable physical and chemical properties, waterproof, oil-proof, and opaque. The durable labels made are widely used in special fields such as electronics, home appliances, and chemicals. Due to the high stiffness of the material, it is not suitable for labeling on irregular surfaces.

Conversion/printing   
The surface is covered with a special coating material. The surface is specially processed. The coating has a strong adsorption capacity for the substrate and a strong affinity for the ink. It is suitable for printing with a variety of inks. Pre-printing ink and ribbon testing is necessary. Thermal printing and full resin ribbon printing can be performed.
High-speed overprinting, die-cutting, and waste discharge can be performed on rotary presses.
Excessive tension should be avoided to cause label glue overflow.
