A general purpose permanent, acrylic emulsion adhesive.

Liner

A coated white kraft paper featuring high strength and flatness.

Basis Weight: 90 g/m2 ± 10% ISO536  

Caliper: 0.090 mm ± 10% ISO534

Adhesive Performance

The adhesive features normal initial tack and ultimate bond on a wide variety of substrates, including apolar, slightly rough and curved substrates.

It is suitable for applications where compliance with FDA is required. This section covers applications where for indirect or incidental contact food, cosmetic or drug products.

Applications and use

The products are suitable for a wide range of promotional and industrial label applications where attractive gloss appearance in multicolor work is required. Such as pharmaceutical, inventory, shipping labels or EDP labels. Conversion/printing

This glossy, coated face-stock is suited to be used in all usual processes, whether single or multicolor. Not suggest for large area of solid or process design. Also not suit for barcode printing. Cares should be taken with the ink viscosity during printing process, too high viscosity of ink will damage the surface of paper. It will cause the label bleeding if the press of rewinding roll is large. Excellent conversion characteristics in rotary and flat-bed. Environmental humidity should be controlled if used for sheet printing

Shelf life

One year when stored at 23 ± 2°C at 50 ± 5% RH.
