Facestock

A matte white woodfree paper with excellent ink receptibility. The facestock is made with FSC certified pulp   

Basis Weight: 70 g/m2 ± 10% ISO536   

Caliper: 0.086mm ± 10% ISO534

Adhesive

A general purpose permanent, acrylic emulsion adhesive.

Liner

A PE coated white kraft paper featuring high strength and flatness.

Basis Weight: 96 g/m2 ± 10% ISO536

Caliper: 10% ISO534±0.102 mm

Adhesive Performance

The adhesive features excellent initial tack and ultimate bond on a wide variety of substrates, including apolar, slightly rough and curved substrates. Particularly good performance at small cylindrical or overlaminated labels: e.g. cosmetic and pharmaceutical containers.

Applications and use

The product can be widely used in industrial and commercial label system, such as pharmaceutical, inventory, shipping labels or EDP labels. The favorable adhesive properties allow the product to be used on a wide range flat and curved substrates, including packaging materials such as cardboard, plastic films and HDPE containers. Conversion/printing

This product suit for all the usual printing technologies. Suit to medium printing quality requirement. Not recommend for thermo transfer printing. Excellent conversion characteristics in rotary and flat-bed.

One year when stored at 23 ± 2°C at 50 ± 5% RH.
